Anderson Valley

Dramatic wild beauty has drawn many to Anderson Valley over the last few decades. The characteristics of the Valley are rolling oak-studded grasslands to the east with dense conifer forests to the west dotted vineyards and rural estates. Mornings are cool, as the coastal fog moves south through the old-growth of the Navarro River Canyon and blankets the Valley regularly. Big players such as Kosta Browne, Kendall Jackson, and Ferrari Carano to name a few have acquired large holdings in the valley over the last decade, not to mention it is the anchor location for Luis Roederer’s California sparkling wine production

 

The are also a lot of homes for sale in Anderson Valley. They range from small homes to large estates with lots of land and the price varies depending on the size and location of the property. The scenic HWY 128 corridor seems to be an ideal second home location for Buyers from the south looking to escape the crowds and high prices of Napa and Sonoma.
